that I f i r s t joined the Alberta Women's I n s t i t u t e s . We
moved to Peace River i n 1931 where we have made our home
since. We had four sons, but only one i s surviving. He
l i v e s i n Edmonton.
I attend the United Church and have been a member
of the session f o r some years. I work i n the Women's
A u x i l i a r y of the church and i n the Red Cross. I am a member
of the Order of the Eastern Star. I have belonged to
the Peace River Women's I n s t i t u t e since 1931.
My hobbies: t r a v e l l i n g and also doing any kind of
welfare work i n our lovely l i t t l e town of Peace River."
