Mrs. E r l i n g E. Eordin.
Mrs. E. Mordin of E n i l d a , A l b e r t a , was born Reidun Louise Eeragen,
i n Borway, September 20th, 1910. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter
Eeragen, eame t o Canada from lorway with t h e i r family, and s e t t l ed
i n the Hay Lakes D i s t r i c t . Reidun attended S u l i t j e l m a P u b l i c School,
and High School i n Hay Lakes.
Reidun clerked i n a grocery and dry goods store i n Hay Lakes.
She married E r l i n g Kordin on Deeeniber 15, 1930. The young couple
moved t © a homestead i n E n i l d a i n 1931. Here t h e i r two boys, Howard
and Morris were born, and l a t e r tw © g i r l s , Betty and Edna were
adopted. Howard i s married, and has a son and a daughter. Betty i s
also married, and has a daughter.
Mrs. Mordin has always been interested i n Community a f f a i r s . She
has f u l l y supported the 4H Clubs. She served on the High P r a i r ie
Co- op Board of D i r e c t o r s , and was a member of the U. G. W. f o r several
years. She i s a member of the B i g Meadow H a l l Board, and of the High
