MRS. HENRY QUAIL
Pearl Pergstad came to the Round H i l l d i s t r i c t from
the United States with her parents i n 1904. She married
Henry Quail December 15 » 1914.
Mrs. Quail joined the Round H i l l Women's Institute
at i t s organization meeting i n August 1914- She t e l l s us
that this meeting was held i n a tent. As the o l d minute
books show, Mrs. Quail has held every branch o f f i c e these
many years. She has been a firm believer i n our Creed and
an ardent worker f o r Home and Country.
In 1953 a L i f e Membership was presented to Mrs.
Quail. by her branch f o r the wonderful contribution she had
made to community betterment and the l i f e of her branch.
Mrs. S. Lefsrud made the presentation.
