cents per capita, to be r e c k o n e d o n t h e m e m b e r s h i p at the t i m e of t h e D e c e m b er
meetings.

Constituency C o n v e n e r s of S t a n d i n g C o m m i t t e e s , a n d o n e o f f i c i a l delegate f r om each
Branch.
( fc) Each officer and delegate at t h e A n n u a l C o n v e n t i o n s h a l l have one v o t e.
Voting; by proxy, either v e r b a l o r w r i t t e n , s h a l l not be a d m i s s i b l e .

and two other members a p p o i n t e d b y t h e P r e s i d e n t . Resolutions, so f a r a s possible,
should be sent to t h e P r o v i n c i a l S e c r e t a r y - T r e a s u r e r at least one m o u t h before t he
Annual Convention.
