44 A L B E R T A WOMEN'S INSTITUTES We the members of the Cremona Women's Institute do hereby protest that this is an insult, especially to the women of the . municipal districts, and request that an amendment be made to this part of the Municipal D i s t r i c t Act, p r o v i d i n g that a relation of an owner on applying for a ballot have name added to the voters' list and vote allowed without further ceremonv, unless vote is challenged.
