Ret Estate of Susan Ellen Etter
The l a te Susan Ellen Etter, late of S t e t t l e r , Alberta,
died June 28th, 1967, at the age of 89 years, a spinster.
The W i l l of the late Susan Ellen Etter, which was
probated, contains the follo\ jing legacy?
" To pay a legacy of Three Hundred ($ 300.00) Dollars to
the ALBERTA WOMEN'S INSTITUTES, S t e t t l e r Constituency,
of S t e t t l e r , Alberta, for i t s general purposes; and I
declare that the receipt of the person who professes to
be the Secretary or other proper o f f i c e r for the time
being shall be a s u f f i c i e n t discharge therefor."
I enclose herewith Release i n t r i p l i c a t e for execution
according to the attached instructions. Please return a l l copies
to me.
On receipt of the executed Release I undertake to
forward to you the Estate's cheque for the sum of $ 300.00, being
the amount of the legacy.
