HANDICRAFT COMPETITION
Stuffed toy
- child safe
- 8 inches to 24 inches maximum
- any color, any material - child safe facial features must be
embroidered
Regulations:
1. Toys are considered items played with by children.
2. They must be durable, easy to care for and safe.
3. They can be hand or machine washed.
4. Clothing ( if used) must be made by the member and must be able
to be removed for cleaning.
5. A commercial, pattern may be used or the member's own original
design is encouraged ( points for originality being awarded).
6. The name of the entrant, her address and her Institute should
be enclosed in a sealed envelope and attached to the inside of
the box containing the entry.
CULTURAL COMPETITION
A humorous incident that happened in my family
Regulations:
1. This is an individual competition.
2. Only open to members of the Women's Institutes.
3. Typed.
4. Not more than three typed pages ( one side only).
5. Name of entrant, her address and Institute should be enclosed
in a sealed envelope attached to a blank back page.
