I just got ,a new pair of figure-skates.
Are they. ever nice! They are
my first p^ir. I was skating at the
Stanley Stadiui^ and almost broke my
wrists. My left wrist Js still a little
sore, bUt I can do wörk v i t h it though.
*We got a little bit of snöw today.
1 thought we wer€n't goingto have
any sriow at ali for Cluristmas. Daddy
hitched his snowplow to the truck td--
day but he said he has to take it bff
again because the Irontspring broke.
Was he ever mad!

The Beaver Lake people went to
Wanup with a play. The people from
the Soo are comingto Beaver Lake on
the 12th; Mommy said I could go to
see the play.
There is a beaver dam near oiur
Place. I walkedr over it today arid
got my foot wet. My girlfriend, Nan­cy
Hanninen; came with me.

Syksyllä täällä oU amerikkalaisia
metsästäjiä.. He olivat meillä sisällä
kohne päivää. He metsästivät karhuja
mutta kävi nihi ikävästi etteivät saa­n

Täällä koululla on konsertti j a tans­sit
23 p:nä. Saa nähdä miten se on­nistuu.

I'm sorry for not writlng sooner hut
the time seems to fly by. I've had
homework every night. There isn't
any snow yet but the; lake is frozen
already. rve been trapping but l've
only caught one weasel so far, I
have eight traps set, f our in the buSh
cnd four in the rushes. 1 caught the
veasel from the rushes.
By brother is fishlng.
My brother sent me a new accordian
from Vancouver. I know how to play
it,
I^ve been skating nearly every night.
We had a Hallowe'en party at school
and had a box of, apples. We ducked
for them.
We are having a Christmas concert.
