so I wouln't be the önly one left be-hind.
It has been very cold around
here this Winter. I sure höpe we have
a warm summer because I have i n -
tentions of going swimming this summer
as I couldn't last summer. M y
favourite sports are swlmming, I can't
swim though, just splash i n the water
and I'd like to go horseback riding
if I only had a smaU p>ony that I could
ride.

Rose Bought New Goat
Dear big sisjer Margaret.
Weil. its about time I wrote again.
I wanted to write tonight becatae I
haven't anything else to do.
Today we went to see a hockey game
i n M^tawa. We saw a girrs hockey
game. This was föllowedpby a boys
hockey game but we didn't care to
•wat:h i t . Next year I 'm going to try
and play hockey at MattawB. I want
to get a pah- of glrVs skates before
I start playing hockey at Mattawa.
I bought a new spring coat from
Simpsons. Do I ever like i t ! My two
Sisters each got a new pair of shoes
and skirt.
Tuesday night Is "päncake" night
and Club 13 of Cameron is going to
have a dänce.
One of our hens died today. We
brought it into the house and i t star-ted

its neck. It must have gone crazy. I
don't know-why i t died.
1 haven*t-been skating lately because
ijur rink is full of snow and n o -
b o d r V a n t s to clean it. Pretty lazy
bunch; eh? I have been skiing every
